At the moment we are offering a free standard listing for 6 months as an introductory promotion for this site, its our way of giving you an idea of how the site works and for us to prove we can give you bookings. After 6 month period is up, you are under no obligation to advertise with us. So don't miss out, as this is only available for a short period of time.

An agent can receive different discounts depending on the administrator settings. For each reservation made by the agent, the discount (percentage or fixed amount) is subtracted from the total to pay.

This type of users can be added only by the administrator or the owner (if the profile allows him to).

The agents have the possibility to:

  1. book online the assigned properties (for a certain client or for themselves)
  2. manage clients (add/delete/modify)
  3. list bookings according to their status (approved/waiting for approval/declined)
  4. receive invoices sent by the administrator/owner
  5. check the files uploaded by the administrator/owner
  6. use the IM system for sending messages to the administrator, owners, clients
  7. make online payments


The property owner can create and manage travel agent accounts for his properties. The discounts he is offering as well as the invoicing are not depending on the administrator (however, the site administrator can see the assigned agents and manage their accounts).

The invoices are sent by the property owner and the administrator (for his own properties)

Backup/Restore properties

The backup function allows the backup to be done locally, downloaded on the user computer or stored in a remote FTP location. For each property, the user has the possibility to save a backup (calendar, images, description, bookings). The restore can be done for the whole property or only a certain segment of the data (calendar, images, description, bookings) The administrator can save a backup of the entire system (configuration, bookings, images, properties). Selective restore of the content is also possible.
