We operates web forums for property owners, tour operators and renters to exchange information online for the purpose of arranging and transacting property rentals and tours. To facilitate this exchange, We maintain a database of property owner, tour operators and renter information.

If you are a property owner or tour operator we collect the following information:

• property name or tour
• contact name
• your email address
• your username and password for administration of your property
• the location and street address of you and your property
• your contact telephone numbers
• the accommodation or tour type
• the url of your website if you have one
• authority type ; i.e. are you an owner or a manager
• images and descriptions of the property, tour operation you supply (material)
• statistics about what numbers of people look at your property, tour operation and booking requests you receive
• A database is maintained that will print this out for you.

If you are a renter or tour enquiry we collect the following information:

• your first and last name
• your date of birth and gender
• your email address
• your street address, location and post code
• your home, work and mobile phone number
• the number of adults and children staying or going
• tour information requested
• any comments or questions
• any travel preferences you choose from the options provided

Personal Information you provide: We store the personal information you enter on our or give to us in other ways. We obtain most personal information through our membership registration process. You may provide information when you request or acquire a product or service from us or its related companies, provide a product or service to us, complete a survey or questionnaire, enter a competition, participate in forums or when you communicate with us by e-mail, telephone or in writing (for example if you contact customer service or provide feedback).
