administration of your property

of you and your property

- the accommodation or tour
type
- the url of your website if you
have one
- authority type ; i.e. are you an
owner or a manager
- images and descriptions of the
property, tour operation you supply (material)
- statistics about what numbers of
people look at your property, tour operation and booking
requests you receive
- A database is maintained that
will print this out for you.
If you are a renter or tour
enquiry we collect the following information:
- your first and last
name
- your date of birth and
gender
- your email address
- your street address, location and
post code
- your home, work and mobile phone
number
- the number of adults and children
staying or going
- tour information
requested
- any comments or
questions
- any travel preferences you choose
from the options provided

through our membership registration process. You may
